Reconstruction of the density matrix in the cascade transitions

Description
The posssibility of reconstruction of the density matrix elements via experimental investigation of the angular correlation function in cascade transitions is discussed. It is shown that for the case J0=0 all spin-tensors may be obtained, while if J0=0 one of the spin-tensors of the <2(J*-J0) rank only be obtained
