Analysis of the temperature dependencies of electric conductivity of x(Fe0.45Co0.45Zr0.10)+(1-x)(Al2O3) nano composites

Description
Temperature dependencies of the electric conductivity σ(T) of the nanocomposites x(Fe0.45Co0.45Zr0.10)+(1 - x)(Al2O3) (0.3 < x < 0.65) have been obtained and analyzed in the range of 80 - 350 K. The temperature dependencies σ(T) observed, are of the activation character. However, its can not be fitted satisfactory by the known Arrhenius law with the single activation energy E. Analysis revealed that at least two activation energies are necessary to approximate the experimental temperature dependencies σ(T) satisfactory. (author)
