Description
In this talk I will discuss transfer reactions between heavy ions with special emphasis to multinucleon transfer. I will use a semi-classical model that incorporates, in an independent description, both inelastic excitation to collective states and one-particle transfer channels. The importance of evaporation in determining the isotope distribution of the final yields of the reaction will be discussed. (author)
