Single-crystal growth and studies of the magnetic properties of the heavy-fermion system CeCu2(Si1-xGex)2
Description
In this thesis the growth of single CeCu2(Si1-xGex)2 crystals from a high-temperature melt is described together with measurements of the electric conductivity, the magnetic susceptibility, the magnetization, and the specific heat as well as a structure study by means of neutron diffraction. (HSI) In this thesis the growth of single crystals of CeCu2(Si1-xGex)2 together with measurements of the electric conductivity, the magnetic susceptibility, the magnetization, and the specific heat and a neutron scattering study are described.
