Description
When electron beams are used for materials irradiation research or are used in important industrial applications, it is necessary to compose a confidential systematic of absorbed dose determination. In the present work some limiting irradiation parameters of cellulose triacetate films (CTA) are discussed, for electron beams with energies between 0,3 mA between 0,5 MeV and 1,5 MeV and currents between 0,3 mA and 15 mA. The preliminary results in this specific situation, allow to determine the limitations of CTA films situation and adopt certain cares of the quality control of the irradiations, for the expansion of this kind of routine dosimeters in important industrial installations.
