Temperature effect on domain wall dynamics in ferrite-garnet (Bi, Eu)3(Fe, Ga, Al)5O12 films in the vicinity of compensation point for moment of momentum
Description
Methods of high-speed photography were used to investigate the dynamics of domain boundaries in monocrystalline films of ferrite-garnets (Bi, Eu)3(Fe, Ga, Al)5O12 in the temperature range from room to Neel temperature. Films were produced by the method of liquid-phase epitaxy. The state, close to compensation of magnetic momentum was achieved by diamagnetic Al3+ or Ga3+ ion sunstitution for Fe+3 ions. Experimental dependences of the average velocity of domain boundary movement from magnetic field were obtained. They consist of three characteristic portions corresponding to different mechanisms of domain boundary movement
