This appendix provides guidance on one way of developing criteria for segregating radioactive material packages from areas regularly occupied by workers and members of the public. A similar procedure can be used for developing criteria for protection of undeveloped film. A method for segregating radioactive material packages from other dangerous goods is briefly summarized.
