Description
Hematite (α-Fe2O3) colloids have been chosen as model colloids for a systematic and detailed study on the retention properties of iron oxide colloidal particles. Two models based on surface complexation theory have been applied to describe the sorption data relative to the actinide and cobalt ions. (authors)
