Nondestructive determination of fuel burn-up in Xi'an Pulse Reactor
- 1. Northwest Inst. of Nuclear Technology, Xi'an (China)
Description
A method for the nondestructive determination of fuel burn-up in Xi'an Pulse Reactor (XAPR) by gamma-ray spectroscopy is introduced. This method utilizes the activation data of fission product 137Cs, irradiation history, correction calculation and theory analysis to calculate the burn-up. Some other key technologies ar also discussed in this paper. (authors)
