Polymorphism of boron nitride

Description
Careful x-ray diffraction analysis of polycrystalline BN is performed with BNg content varying from 1 to 15%. In boron nitride, along the phase polymorphism, there is a special kind of polymorphism caused by a change in the contributions of the various kinds of interatomic bonds by the action of temperature and pressure
