Automatic analysis of X-ray spectra in EDXRF systems
Description
Theoretical calculations have been made to get relations between parameters of digitally filtered Gaussian peaks and original peaks parameters (centroid, width, area). The relations form a basis for an algorithm of automatic spectra analysis. Application of the digital filtering technique specifically to be analysis of energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectra is discussed. (author). 8 refs, 6 figs
