Low temperature reorientation structural transitions in jahn-teller DyVO4 ferroelastic induced by external magnetic field
Description
The anomalies of thermodynamic properties of Jahn-Teller DyVO4 crystal undergoing structural phase transition induced by external magnetic field, are studied. These anomalies are associated with the reorientation of elastic domains T=Tc=15 K. The field dependence of the value and character of anomalies is also investigated. The analogy between the reorientation structural transitions and previously studied metamagnetoelasticity is pointed out
