Luminescence of semiconductor microcrystals in a dielectric matrix

Description
Luminescence of CdSxSe1-x microcrystals in multicomponent silicate and borate matrices has been investigated. The influence quantum dimensional effect in semiconductor particles on luminescence spectra is detected. In CdSe microparticles luminescence is revealed, the maximum band of which is located above the absorption edge
