Creators
Description
In order to implement the energy plan of the Federal Government, the 11th Amendment to the Atomic Energy Act amendment intends to grant the individual nuclear power plants additional rights of power generation. The 12th Amendment to the Atomic Energy Act serves to implement the specifications on nuclear safety in accordance with the Directive 2009/71/EURATOM. The author of the contribution under consideration shows that both amendments do not require any consent of the Federal Council.
