Description
The results of creation and testing of elements of a test bench for investigation of the action of an accelerated particle beam on biological objects, electronics, and other targets are presented. The systems for beam monitoring and target positioning were tested at extracted argon beams in the framework of the experiment on determination of radiation hardness of electronic components.

Представлены результаты по созданию и испытанию элементов облучательного стенда для изучения воздействия пучка ускорителя на биологические объекты, изделия электронной техники и других прикладных задач. Созданные системы мониторирования пучков и позиционирования объектов облучения испытаны на выведенных пучках ионов аргона в рамках экспериментов по определению радиационной стойкости изделий электронной техники.Additional details
