Description

Consideration is given to semiconductor dosemeter for detection of energy (dose) of gamma radiation, ultraviolet radiation and visible light. The dosemeter is based on metal-dielectric material - semiconductor structure on insulating crystal. Electrical signals, proportional to the energy (dose) of measured radiation are formed at its output. Processes of photoinduced redistribution of applied voltage among the layers of such structure were investigated for electrooptical insulating crystals of bismuth silicate
