The design and implement of the nuclear signal generator

Description
It is introduced a design of nuclear signal generator, according to the requirements of Lab-center of SWUST, abided by the rules of reliability, simplicity, practicality. The nuclear generator is composed of two parts-pulse generator, filter and shape circuits. According to the mathematic theory of nuclear, a pulse generator and circuits are designed. The testing results as following: the fall time, 50 μs∼950μs; the scope of frequency, 28 Hz∼4.6 kHz; the amplitude, 1.5 V∼4.9. The positive duty cycle 50%∼78%. From the testing results, the designing requirements are satisfied and are a based of next generation complexing nuclear signal generator. (authors)
