Optical properties of CdGa2S4xSe4(1-x) solid solutions

Description
With the aim of determining variation of the electron state symmetry and local state spectra when changing S by Se are investigated optical properties of CdGa2S4xSe4(1-x) in the range of proper absorption. In the photoconductivity spectra are observed two maxima: short-wave and long-wave. The first one is shifted in the long-wave range of the spectra when changing S by Se. The character of the shift corresponds to the dependence of the proper absorption edge shift
