Study of the influence of thickness and substrate surface on the properties of alloys thin films with ultra-fine structure

Description
A study on the preparing nanocrystalline magnetic materials in the form of thin films of FINEMET-type alloys has been performed. The structure of this films was observed with the TEM. The influence of the substrate species on the nanostructure generation conditions were examined. The effect of the structure on the electrical and magnetic properties of the films were investigated as well. (author). 15 refs, 7 figs
