  • 1. National Key Laboratory of Laser Fusion, Institute of Nuclear Physics and Chemistry, CAEP, Chengdu (China)

Description

A measure system, which is made up of double-slits a transmission grating and a soft-X-ray streak camera, has been made for measuring an X-ray image with time, space and spectra resolutions. With this system the N-band X-ray (the central wavelength at 1.7 nm)space-time resolved image of gold disk irradiated by 0.35 μm laser has been obtained successfully. the system can achieve spatial resolution of 23 μm, time resolution of 0.03 nm, and spectral resolution of 0.4∼0.7 μm for the X-ray at 1.7 nm wavelength if the size of X-ray source is 100∼300 μm. The system can also measure the X-ray at the other spectral bands
