CdSnAs2 crystallization during hermetization of melts with mixture of LiCl with KCl

Description
Possibilities of CdSnAs2 crystallization during liquid hermetization of a melt are clarified. Molten mixture of LiCl and KCl was used as a hermetization liquid, the melting point of which could be varied in the wide range. It is shown, that the use of LiCl+KCl mixture permits to produce small crystals of CdSnAs2, the properties of which are comparable in the main characteristics with the properties of crystals, grown by other methods
