Phasor representation for the nonlinear photoacoustic signal

Description
In CO2 laser-based photoacoustic (PA) systems, N2 takes part in the generation of the PA signal. This process causes the nonlinear relation of the photoacoustic signal to the CO2 concentration. This phenomenon can be explained simply using a phasor diagram. The model leads to the determination of the lag in the PA signal due to CO2 relaxation. (paper)
