Structural studies of CuInTe2 films produced by laser evaporation and deposition
- 1. Inst. Fiziki Tverdogo Tela i Poluprovodnikov AN Belarusi, Minsk (Belarus)
Description
Composition and structure of laser-deposited CuInTe2 films depending on the production conditions are investigated. CuInTe2 crystals are used as a target. The thickness of the films produced makes up 0.3-0.5 μm. A conclusion is made, that the pulse laser evaporation allows one to produce CuInTe2 of films, characterized by a high degree of preferred orientation in (112) plane and a good reproduction of the target structure and composition
