Relationship between effective decontamination-contamination control principals and decommissioning
Description
The need for overall awareness to the consequence of inadequate contamination control, particularly during the latter phases of decommissioning. This involves worker training. He or she must be aware of their work methods as they apply to the project goal. Planners must anticipate the unexpected, plan for the expected, be knowledgeable of the hidden costs of poor control. Regulators must assist in guidance of the final and critically important last phases of a decommissioning project
