High-energy muon groups and chemical composition of primary cosmic rays
- 1. AN SSSR, Moscow. Astronomicheskij Sovet
Description
Analysis of muon groups is carried out by the Baksan underground telescope (E >= 220 GeV). The conclusion on effective atomic number of the primary cosmic rays (Asub(eff)=3.4+-1.5) is drawn on the basis of comparison of experimental data and model calculations
