Relativistic condition of pion condensation
Description
An instability condition of the Fermi gas state with respect to the spin-isospin density fluctuation is discussed relativistically. It is shown that the relativistic critical density for the pion condensation is much higher than the non-relativistic one. This is mainly because of contributions from nucleon-antinucleon pairs, and we emphasize that a special care is required to treat this effect. (author)
