Description
Oxygen diffusion profiles in La2-xSrxCuO4-y, single crystals were measured using an 18O2 exchange technique followed by SIMS profiling. The strong decrease in Do with x is evaluated with models assuming either interstitial diffusion or Sr-vacancy association
