Description
A possibility of obtaining a circular texture and circular current anisotropy is considered using yttrium HTSC ceramics specimens. It is shown that an increase of circular critical current density as compared to the density of longitudinal critical current observed under sintering in a rotating gradient temperature field is conditioned by the presence of circular texture. Texture existence is proved by the fact that conditions under which a HTSC specimen is found in the given experiment, are similar to conditions of linear texture occurrence. 1 ref.; 3 figs
