Description

The thermodynamic study of the liposome-radioprotector system brings information on this interaction. The interaction is essentially electrostatic between the phosphate sites and the radioprotector cationic groups and this study could bring further information about the interaction between cysteamine and polyelectrolytic structures, DNA for example, and about the radioprotective properties of this drug

L'etude thermodynamique du systeme liposome-radioprotecteur apporte des informations sur la nature de l'interaction. Cette interaction est essentiellement electrostatique entre le site phosphate et le mono cation cysteamine et cette etude pourrait apporter des informations supplementaires concernant l'interaction entre la cysteamine et des structures polyelectrolytiques, l'ADN par exemple, et concernant les proprietes radioprotectrices de cette substance
