Search for the Decay Υ/(1S) →γη'

Description
The CLEO Collaboration searched for the radiative decay Υ(1S)→γη' in 1:45x106 Υ(1S) decays. We found no candidate events and set an upper limit of 1:6x10-5 at 90%CL. This limit, which is significantly smaller than the previous upper limit, is compared to other radiative Υ and J/ψ decays and to theoretical predictions. (author)
