The application of the viscosity formulas of E. Andrade and S. Khaikin for salt melts
Description
In the case of associated salt melts such as NaPO3, Na2B4O7-B2O4, Na2O-SiO2 and K2B4O7-B2O3 the theory of Anrade agrees well with experimental findings. One exception is Na2B4O7 in the case of which the melting point separates two regions of the viscose fluid. For all salt melts the equation of S. Khaikin however is only valid in individual regions. (HP)
