Shielding against high energy neutrons from electron accelerators - a review

Description

Experimental and theoretical results of the dose equivalent of high energy neutrons behind lateral concrete shielding at electron accelerators with energies above 0.4 GeV are presented in a simple comparison. Thick iron or copper targets were assumed. Suggestions for estimating the dose for other targets and shielding materials are also given. (author)
