Description
A simple method of analysis of channeling data, which leads to a quantitative determination of the fraction of amorphous volume at the maximum disorder depth in ion bombarded single crystals, is presented. The final expression for the amorphous fraction contains four parameters easily deduced from experimental spectra. (author)
