Description
In order to improve the automation and information level of CANDU-6 Nuclear Fuel pellet manufacture line, the automatic CANDU-6 nuclear fuel pellet manufacturing line system is researched and developed. The system is composed of the automatic work station, the AGV transfer system, the automatic storage warehouse, the central control system, etc. According to the main pellet manufacturing line process characteristics, the related automatic station is separately researched, achieving the automatic feeding and blanking for rotation molding press, corker and grinding line, and optimizing the material loading mode. According to the material condition, AGV transfer system and automatic storage warehouse have researched and developed, to transfer and store the material automatically at pellet manufacturing line. A set of central control system based on Ethernet has been developed, which is the information processing and control center, making the whole manufacturing line as a whole. With the emulation technique, the system builds simulation monitoring system, achieving the real-time monitoring and control of the manufacturing line. (authors)
