Four-dimensional triple coincidence scintillation time spectrometer with two detectors

Description

A four-dimensional triple coincidence scintillation time spectrometer with two detectors was developed for the search of isomeric states and γ-rays coincided with them in nano- and microsecond region in short-lived nuclei. Computer-aided recording of four-dimensional coincidences E1-E2-E3-T was provided. Isomeric states were identified in nuclei belonging to the long radioactive chains starting from 225Ac and 232Th and also at decay of 169Yb. (author)
