Description
The author proposes an overview of the use of the Heat Fund which aims at supporting investment in renewable heat installations. Whereas the totality of the 350 millions euros has been engaged, the author notices that the methanization sector is particularly dynamic with a noticeable production increase. Graphs indicate the distribution of supports and of supported renewable heat in 2021 among different sectors (heat networks, biogas, solar, geothermal, biomass, territorial and heritage contracts, renewable cold, recovery of unavoidable heat, domestic waste incineration, and so on). The perspective for 2022 appears to be promising. A second article sheds a light on the process and criteria of support awarded by the ADEME to cover the risk during the first steps of projects. The third article presents the Qualimetha label which has been elaborated and adopted by professionals with the objective of improvement of the reliability of methanization installations. It also evokes the evolution of its criteria, and the benefit of the procedure on the long term. Two articles then present examples: the installation of a geothermal installation based on vertical probes for a housing building in Chambourcy, and the use of the energy provided by the ArcelorMittal plant in the Grande-Synthe heat network
