A fast burnup routine for 3D reactor simulators

Description

A simple and very fast burnup routine is presented. Starting from compositionwise micro burnup calculations (e.g. Programme GELS) a parametrized form of burnup dependent group constants is developed, which allows very fast 3D burnup calculations for light water reactors. Especially it is possible to start dynamic calculations at any burnup situation. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Es wird eine einfache, sehr schnelle Abbrandroutine vorgelegt. Ausgehend von compositionsweisen Mikroabbrandrechnungen (z.B. Programm GELS), wird eine parametrisierte Form der abbrandabhaengigen Gruppenkonstanten gewonnen, die eine sehr schnelle 3D-Abbrandrechnung eines Leichtwasserreaktors gestattet. Insbesondere ist es moeglich, Dynamikrechnungen bei jeder gewuenschten Abbrandsituation beginnen zu lassen. (orig.)
