''Kadry'' automated information system designed for the use in the JINR personnel account subsystem carries out three functions: data base initial copy creation, data base renovation and information presentation. Computation process organization scheme as well as a brief discription of program modules and specialized library of standard programs of the ''Kadry'' system have been given
