Description
In the present paper the application of analytical methods for environmental evaluation of natural U, 226Ra, 228Ra and 210Pb in produced water, sea water and sediment around the effluent discharges offshore oil industry were studied. The sedimentation rate in the studied sites was determined by dating with 210Pb. The obtained results showed that the concentrations of this radionuclides are at normal background levels. (author)
