Possibilities are considered of the use of silicon p-i-n-photodiodes as semiconductor detectors and photo receivers on the basis of scintillator crystals. The detectors can provide control of activity and spectra measurements of radionuclides in the course of creation and operation of systems designed for radioactive waste processing
