Description
The automatic image processing and test software system for polyethylene material includes electromachine control, image capture, image registration and image process and analysis parts. This paper introduces the design and development of the software system and describes the application of the software system in the inner defects inspection of the sample. The analysis and experimental results show that the software system is with rational principle and feasible structure, and is reliable for quality control of polyethylene material. (authors)
