Decay kinetics of the transient species (λmax=380nm) formed on pulse radiolysis of aqueous solutions of CsI and NaI and its concentration dependence (2x10-5-10-2 mol dm-3) were studied at different pHs. A concentration dependent second order decay constant was obtained in all the cases. (author). 1 tab
