Description

Gamma radiation spectrum in the 143Nd(n, n', γ) reaction with the target of Nd2O3 enriched up to 83% in 143Nd has been measured under the angle of 90 deg to the fast neutron beam with Ge(Li) detector. The energies and intensities of 86 γ-transitions, which are placed in the scheme consisting of 37 levels, have been determined in the energy range of 90-2600 keV. The characteristics of the following levels are defined more exactly: 1228.29 (13/2+), 1407.28 (9/2-), 1431.49 (11/2-), 1739.12 (9/2-), 1851.96 (7/2-, 9/2-), 1852.78 (3/2-), 1910.74 (5/2-), 1988.24 (11/2-), 2011.49 (7/2-), 2019.17 (15/2+), 2075.39 (11/2+), 2094.53 (11/2-), 2135.17 (7/2-), 2186.43 (7/2-), 2197.31 (11/2-), 2398.85 (7/2-, 9/2-), 2483.42 (11/2+, 13/2+), 2556.67 (5/2-, 7/2-). Unplaced transitions allow us to suppose an existence of several unknown levels with I=5/2-9/2 in the energy interval 2.5-3.0 MeV, which arise in the given reaction
