Choice of dopands in synthesis of semiconductor solid solutions (Ba, Pb, Ln)TiO3

Description
An attempt to evaluate possible temperature of liquid phase occurrence in material(temperature of multicomponent eutectics) according to data on binary systems was made to probe selection of mineralizer ingredient which enables maximal decrease of reduction temperature of posistor ceramics during annealing. It is shown that ingredients according to their effect will be set in the line: Ga2O3, GeO2, SiO2, Al2O3. TiO2-Y2O3-M2O3(MO2) system was considered to evaluate effect of ingredients on grain growth. According to state diagrams it is evident that occurrence of liquid phase at ≤1100, ∼1350, <1445 and 1445 deg C should be expected in these systems (that is practically at introduction of Ga2O3, GeO2, SiO2, Al2O3 additions)
