Polarization of electrons in an electromagnetic wave field in the presence of magnetic field
Description
The possibility of electrons polarization in the field of circularly polarized electromagnetic wave at its propagation along the direction of constant homogeneous magnetic field discussed for the case of small transverse and large longitudinal momenta of electrons. It is shown that for large values of the wave intensity, definite direction of wave propagation as well as definite values of the ratio of wave cyclotron frequences, the effect of electron beam polarization can be obtained during several perios of electron revolution in the transverse plane without notable charge in transverse dimensions of the beam
