Product safety is of primary importance in the design and manufacture of medical linear accelerators. Varian's Radiation Division has implemented a hazard review program to analyze all current production products and new products under development, to ensure safety in operation and maintenance. Product reviews are conducted to identify and classify safety hazards, and recommend corrective action
