Preparation of very high specific activity [3H]-methyl acetimidate for protein labeling
Description
A detailed procedure for the preparation of very high specific activity tritium labelled methyl acetimidate in an all glass train completely isolated from the atmosphere and which includes the method of opening the high specific (3H) acetonitrile is described. The reaction procedure is carried out under ideal conditions and ensures minimum personal handling of the radioactive material. All the reactants are purified by direct distillation into the reaction tube. (author)
