Description

In this work has been undertaken attempt of electron microscopic analysis of aluminium defect structure irradiated by protons dose up 7·1017 cm-2. The maximum defect-dislocation interaction force, relative concentrations of different kinds defects, and average stress acted on dislocation segments are defined. Visual observation of electron microscopic reflection provides judge about acceptability of general approximate of computer model. Defect structure mainly contents a small dimensions gas pores (15-25 nm) and dislocation. Slip dislocations are observed us single and us developing into small clusters. During computer experiment pores and forest-dislocations were reflected us barriers with different rates. On the moving dislocations segments had been stress external force from different segments
