Description
A selection is made of hormones and enzymes which are measurable by radioimmunoassay and their organ-specific function is described. Endocrine function tests together with the stimulating or suppressing substances, reaction in the organism and the examined regulation are listed. Non-radioactive immunological determination methods and the use of monoclonal antibodies in vitro and in vivo with ''tumor imaging'' are indicated. (orig.)
