Some clustering aspects in collisions of 400 GeV/c protons and 4.5 A GeV/c Mg24 nuclei with emulsion
Description
The emission angles and momenta of the secondary particles, emitted in collisions of 400 GeV/c protons and 4.5 A GeV/c Mg24 nuclei with emulsion, have been measured. The analysis of the angular characteristics of these particles has shown the formation of baryonic and hadronic clusters which are emitted back-to-back. A few ring-like events have been observed in the proton-emulsion data. A new method is proposed for the graphical representation of clusters in the Lobachevsky velocity space. (author)
